St. Brigid’s Day at Glas Restaurant

By Fiona Donnellan

Celebrate the role women have played in Irish history, culture and society this St. Brigid’s Day at Glas Restaurant, Dublin.

Following the sell-out success of Glas Restaurant’s Veganuary tasting event, the team is thrilled to announce another extraordinary dining experience to mark St. Brigid’s Day and the start of spring. Join the team at Glas on Monday, 3rd February – the bank holiday celebrating the pivotal role of women in Irish history, culture, and society.

For just €35 per person, diners can indulge in a five-course plant-based tasting menu showcasing the best seasonal, sustainable cuisine – an incredible value for an unforgettable culinary experience.

To make the evening even more special, Glas Restaurant will gift a selection of homemade, plant-based Glas chocolates to all women and those celebrating womanhood as a sweet reminder of the occasion.

“After the overwhelming response to our Veganuary event, which sold out completely, we’re excited to bring another tasting menu night to our customers,” said head chef Malte Half. “St. Brigid’s Day is the perfect opportunity to celebrate spring, sustainability, and women.”
